3.2 You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create:

• Clearly complies with applicable law in your jurisdiction;

3.3 We do not endorse deception, impersonation, or unlawful behaviour.

6.1 Access to the Course is granted upon successful payment.

6.2 Due to the immediate availability of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6.3 By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cooling-off rights to the extent permitted by law.

7.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to: videos, text, templates, guides, branding materials, frameworks, and downloadable resources are the exclusive property of Small Room Empire Limited.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use only.

7.3 You may not: copy, redistribute, resell, share access, reproduce, publish, or reverse engineer any part of the Course.

Access credentials are personal. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Small Room Empire Limited shall not be liable for: financial loss, loss of revenue, platform bans, account suspensions, legal claims, regulatory penalties, or reputational damage arising from your use of the Course or your implementation of its content.

9.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Course.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Room Empire Limited from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of laws or platform policies;
• Any misrepresentation made by you.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Course at any time if you breach these Terms.

No refund shall be provided in the event of termination due to violation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
